The local specialties of Tsurui under one roof

Opened in 2016, Tsurubo-no-Ie (Tsurubo’s House) is a one-stop shop that sells specialty products and souvenirs from Tsurui Village and the Kushiro region, including cheese, yogurt, snacks, and other food products.

The brightly-lit wooden shop interior includes a rest area and an accessible toilet, making it a great rest stop for road trips through the Kushiro region. You can also buy bread or soft-serve ice cream and cheese tarts made from local Tsurui milk. Other featured items include handicrafts made by local artisans, and photographs of the beautiful scenery of the area.
