Handmade soba noodles produced completely in-house
This restaurant serves soba noodles produced completely in-house, sowing the seeds in their own field in June, harvesting it in September, and milling it into flour. They offer “juwari soba” made exclusively with buckwheat flour, so you can enjoy the real taste of soba. Their menu includes mori soba (cold noodles), kashiwa soba (with chicken), and a soba and pork bowl set made from local “Sankeiton” pork.
From the restaurant’s large window, you can admire a view of the Akan mountains. The place has a quiet atmosphere and is surrounded by nature, letting you spend a leisurely time during your meal.
